Appisi™ Mini Apps Unrestricted Resell Rights License

Effective Date: September 19, 2026

This Unrestricted Resell Rights License (“License”) applies to eligible Appisi™ Mini Apps purchased individually, as part of a category collection, or as part of the complete Mini Apps library. It also applies to eligible Mini Apps previously sold under the Digital Sellers Academy™ name.

Your Rights

Your purchase includes a perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted commercial resell license for the Mini Apps included in your purchase.

You may:

• Use the Mini Apps personally or commercially.
• Rename, rebrand, customize, and modify the Mini Apps.
• Sell individual Mini Apps.
• Sell multiple Mini Apps together as bundles or collections.
• Set your own prices and keep 100% of your sales revenue.
• Include Mini Apps in memberships, courses, bonuses, upsells, client offers, or other digital-product packages.
• Give Mini Apps away for free.
• Distribute the Mini Apps through your own website or eligible third-party marketplaces.
• Pass resell rights to your customers.
• Allow your customers to resell the Mini Apps individually or in bundles.
• Allow your customers to pass resell rights to their own customers.

Downstream Resell Rights

You may provide your customers with resell rights for the Mini Apps you sell or distribute to them. Your customers may then sell those Mini Apps and may also pass resell rights to their customers.

You may create your own customer-facing license terms, provided those terms do not claim exclusive ownership of the original Appisi source products or restrict Appisi or other licensed purchasers from using, selling, or licensing their legitimately acquired copies.

Ownership of the Original Mini Apps

Appisi retains ownership and copyright in the original underlying Mini App products and source materials. This License does not transfer exclusive copyright ownership to the purchaser.

Your rights are non-exclusive. Appisi may continue to sell, license, update, modify, or distribute the same or similar Mini Apps to other customers.

You may sell and market your licensed Mini Apps under your own brand, but you may not register or claim exclusive copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property ownership over the original Appisi source product in a way that prevents Appisi or other authorized licensees from exercising their rights.

White-Label Studio Is Separate

The Mini App White-Label Studio, its source code, interface, access system, and related Appisi software are not included in these unrestricted resell rights.

You may use the White-Label Studio according to its separate software license to rebrand eligible Mini Apps for your business. You may not sell, share, sublicense, redistribute, or provide access to the White-Label Studio itself unless Appisi expressly grants those rights in writing.

Mini Apps processed through the White-Label Studio remain eligible for the unrestricted Mini App resell rights described in this License.

Other Appisi Software Is Separate

Creator software, including Kids Activity Book Creator Studio and other Appisi software products, is governed by the license supplied with that software. Unrestricted Mini App resell rights do not automatically apply to Appisi software tools themselves.

Marketplace and Platform Rules

You are responsible for complying with the current rules, policies, content requirements, and disclosure requirements of any platform or marketplace where you sell or distribute the Mini Apps. Appisi does not guarantee approval by any third-party marketplace.

No Exclusivity

Purchasing a Mini App does not make that app exclusive to you. Other Appisi customers may purchase, customize, brand, sell, and distribute the same underlying Mini App.

Existing Mini App Purchases

For eligible Mini Apps covered by this License, these terms replace earlier Appisi or Digital Sellers Academy Mini App resale-license terms as of the Effective Date. Existing eligible purchasers receive the broader unrestricted resell rights described here.
